This Beet Soup Recipe is So Rich in Flavors and Hearty ✅2 Ingredients ONLY + seasoning ✅PACKED WITH VITAMINS AND MINERALS ✅ANTI INFLAMMATORY ✅SUPER EASY AND TASTES AMAZING!!♥️ ✅BECAUSE OF GOOD AMOUNT OF POLYPHENOLS - it has Mitochondrial Uncoupling Power ✅You will LOVE this SOUP ♥️RECIPE FOR YOU FRIENDS Serving - 6 individuals INGREDIENTS and EASY STEPS ❇️2 medium size beets ❇️1/2 head of organic cauliflower 🧂SEASONING ❇️2 ½ tea spoons of iodized sea salt ❇️1 tea spoon of black pepper ❇️1/2 tea spoon of ❇️4 tbl spoons of olive oil ✅OPTIONAL - you can serve with dill or parsley herbs - goes well 🌸EASY STEP #1 Peel beets wash and cut into small pcs, put in a pan - pour 4 full cups of water - once starts boiling boil only for 15 min 🌸EASY STEP #2 After 15 min add Chopped cauliflower and boil only for 6 min 🌸EAST STEP #3 Turn off the stove and add 2 ½ tsp iodized sea salt, 1 tea spoon black pepper, ½ tea spoon of turmeric, and 4 TBL spoons of olive oil - blend with hand blender.
