Perfect for avocado toast, butter, goat cheese, or alongside soups and salads. ⸻ ๐งพ Ingredients: • 1½ cups organic flaxseed meal • ¾ cup hemp hearts (seeds) • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp iodized sea salt • 1½ tsp black pepper • 1½ tbsp psyllium husk • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1½ cups hot (just-boiled) water ⸻ ๐ช Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix super well. 2. Line a baking sheet (15 x 11 inch) with parchment paper. 3. Pour mixture onto the sheet and flatten with a wet spatula into an even, thin layer. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 400 for about 30 - 35 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden. 5.
