GUT HEALTHY🥑 My Version of Avocado Toast on Flex & Sesame Toast Bread (recipe in my previous post!) This one’s packed with flavor, fiber, protein and probiotic rich, and so yummy😋 Nourishing, crunchy, creamy, and so healthy! 🌱 Enjoy my friends ❤️ 🌿 INGREDIENTS • 2 ripe avocados • 3 tbsp olive oil • ½ lime, freshly squeezed • ½ tsp iodized sea salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 handful of organic chopped arugula • 1 pickle, finely chopped (optional) • ½ cup sauerkraut • 2 pasture-raised eggs (optional) To serve beautifully 1 radish and few crumbles of goat or sheep’s milk feta cheese. 🍴 DIRECTIONS Mash avocados with olive oil and lime using a potato masher 🥄 Then mix in salt, pepper, arugula, sauerkraut, eggs and pickle.
