Gut Healthy- Prebiotic Rich Artichoke Salad - NEW EASY RECIPE! And it’s is really delicious! 3 INGREDIENTS + Seasoning. 💚 If you love hearts of artichokes and know how good it is for your gut health then you will fall in love with this super easy recipe! ❇️INGREDIENTS - RECIPE - EASY STEPS for you my friends 💕 Preheat oven @ 425 This serving is for 1 individual 💠1 cup of hearts of artichokes - cut into half’s ( I buy it @ Trader Joe’s - Frozen Section ) 💠 2 cups of shredded Romain hearts - also available at Trader Joe’s 💠Italian parmesan cheese, grate it- or sheep’s or goat milk parmesan or pecorino Romano cheese - (I get all my cheeses also at Trader Joe’s ) 🧂SEASONING: 💠4 TBL spoons of olive oil 💠3 TBL spoons of almond flour 💠1 tea spoon of garlic powder 💠1 tea spoon of Iodized sea salt 💠1 TBL spoon of balsamic vinegar. 🔷EASY STEP 1: 🔷Cut artichokes into half, season with 3 tbl spoons of almond flour, 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 1 tea spoon of garlic powder and 2 TBL spoons of olive oil, mix well and transfer into baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 20 min @ 425 Artichokes should be golden color. EASY STEP 2: 🔷While artichokes are baking prepare romaine hearts - season with 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 1 TBL spoons of balsamic vinegar and 2 TBL spoons olive oil and mix well. 🔷EASY STEP 3: Add baked artichoke’s into shredded and seasoned romaine hearts and top it with 2-3 TBL spoons of grated parmesan cheese.
