Chopped red onion, cut into cubes carrots and peeled and de seeded red bell pepper, add 2 1/2 cups of filtered water, cover pan with the lid and once it starts boiling boil for only 10 min ๐ŸŒธStep 2. Cook millet pasta as it says on the packaging - and rinse in cold water to make it loose and put aside. ๐ŸŒธStep 3. Chop cauliflower and cilantro. ๐ŸŒธStep4 In 10 minutes add into soup - cauliflower, cooked pasta, cilantro - then turn off the stove and start seasoning. 15 Minute- 2 Ingredient Dinner - Baked Japanese Yam & Cauliflower. Easy QUICK delicious meal. ✅Lectin✅Gluten Free. ✅2 Ingredients + Seasoning ✅Japanese yam is a great source of vitamins (especially vitamin A), minerals, potassium, iron, and copper. Contains essential amino acids that our bodies need. ✅Cauliflower is a superstar. It’s high in vitamins C and K, and is also a good source of folate. ✅Organic Herbs like cilantro or parsley or dill is optional- Pomegranate molasses also is optional but it goes so well with this meal - available on Amazon highly recommend to get it. ✅Note: goat or sheep’s feta cheese goes very well with it as well ๐ŸŒธIngredients and Easy Steps: Serving for 2: ๐Ÿ”ธ1 Large Japanese Yam - I get mine at Trader Joe’s ๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 head of organic cauliflower - chopped ๐Ÿง‚ Seasoning : ๐Ÿ”ธAbout 1/2 cup of cilantro or parsley- optional ๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon of iodized sea salt ๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon of black pepper ๐Ÿ”ธ6 tbl spoons of olive oil - ( you will need 4 tbl spoon for baking and 2 tbl after baking ) ๐ŸŒธEasy step 1: Preheat oven at 450 Peel and Thinly slice Japanese yam then wash and transfer on baking sheet - cover baking sheet with long parchment paper- paper has to be long enough to make parcel- then chop cauliflower and place it together with yam, season with iodized sea salt and make a parcel. Step 2: Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 15 min-yam should be soft. Then season with black pepper olive oil and mix well. Step 3: Serve hot, top it’s with herbs of your choice and pomegranate molasses Delicious!!!
