Easy Delicious Almond flour Bread recipe for you, it is perfect with goat or sheep's milk cheeses, with french or Italian butter, with soups or anything Recipe of Lectin Free Gluten Free Bread: INGREDIENTS: ▶3 pasture raised eggs ▶1/3 cup of water ▶2 tbl spoons of olive oil ▶1 tbl spoons of apple cider vinegar ▶1/2 tsp of iodized sea salt ▶1 tea spoon of baking soda ▶3 tbl spoon of ground flaxseed meal ▶1/3 cup of tapioca flour ▶1 cup of blanched almond flour ▶2 1/2 tbl spoons on psyllium husk SEASONNING - TOPPING: ▶4 tea spoons or more of sesame seeds - optional ▶4 teas spoons of poppy seeds - optional ▶4 tea spoons or more of organic dry rosemary - optional ▶1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt EASY STEP 1: Whisk eggs well, then add water and whisk again, after add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, baking soda and whisk again, then add flaxseed meal, psyllium husk - whisk and while whisking add tapioca flour and almond flour, using spatula mix everything very well. EASY STEP 2: Line parchment paper in the loaf pan - transfer the dough - with the wet spatula even the top of the bread mixture and season with sesame, poppy seeds salt and rosemary STEP 3: Bake at 350 for 30 - 32 min - let it cool and then slice it.
