🥕Carrot Salad With Millet or Sorghum - EASY This is one of my favorite once a week Lunches that I prepare at home to take to work. ✅Cook organic millet or sorghum on Sundays- so you could make this salad in less the 5 minutes ( links for organic millet and sorghum in my bio ) 🌸Recipe Ingredients & Easy Steps Serving for 1 🔸1 1/2 cups of organic leafy greens- I use arugula and spring mix 🔸3/4 cup of organic baby carrots- raw or slightly baked 🔸5 tablespoons of cooked organic millet or sorghum grains 🔸4 TBL spoons of Goat Gouda or sheep’s feta cheese- ( for Gouda the best one is at Trader Joe’s- for feta Cheese I like Dodoni brand at Costco and ShopRite ) 🧂for seasoning: 🔸1/2 tsp of iodized sea salt 🔸2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar 🔸4 TBL spoons of olive oil 🌸Easy step one: Combine all ingredients in one bowl and mix well. #salad #saladoftheday #healthysalad #lectinfree #lectinfreerecipes #guthealth #glutenfree #glutenfreerecipes
