These Keto Pancake Recipe which is Gluten Lectin Sugar Free - it is so EASY to make and it is DELICIOUS - PROBIOTIC RICH and GUT HEALTHY Since i developed this recipe, i've made it few times already and each time it comes out perfect . Here is a recipe for you my friends: * 2 pasture raised eggs * 3 full table spoons of goat milk kefir or yogurt * 1/3 tsp of iodized sea salt * 1/2 tea spoons of baking soda * 1 table spoon of coconut oil * 3 table spoons of non gmo allulose * 1 cup of blanched almond flour For serving: Serve beautifully😍 🔸3 tablespoons spoons of goat milk yogurt 🔸Frozen organic blueberries or raspberries or in season fresh berries. - and 1/2 tea spoon non GMO allulose to sprinkle berries 🔸 For drizzling pancakes you can use liquid non gmo allulose or yacon syrup Directions: * First whisk eggs very well and add kefir whisk again, and add salt, baking soda, coconut oil and whisk again, then gradually add almond flour. * Grease ceramic coated pan with 1 tea spoon of coconut oil and in 1-2 minutes once pan is hot add 2 table spoons of pancake mixture and flatten with wet fork, MAKE SURE HEAT IS VERY LOW Flip pancakes in 2 min - on other side just one min - to avoid burning please use timer.
