KETO Avocado Toast Gluten Free Lectin free recipe lunch | flax & hemp flatbread #keto #glutenfree

GUT HEALTHYπŸ₯‘ My Version of Avocado Toast on Flex & Sesame Toast Bread (recipe in my previous post!) This one’s packed with flavor, fiber, protein and probiotic rich, and so yummyπŸ˜‹ Nourishing, crunchy, creamy, and so healthy! 🌱 Enjoy my friends ❤️ 🌿 INGREDIENTS • 2 ripe avocados • 3 tbsp olive oil • ½ lime, freshly squeezed • ½ tsp iodized sea salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 handful of organic chopped arugula • 1 pickle, finely chopped (optional) • ½ cup sauerkraut • 2 pasture-raised eggs (optional) To serve beautifully 1 radish and few crumbles of goat or sheep’s milk feta cheese. 🍴 DIRECTIONS Mash avocados with olive oil and lime using a potato masher πŸ₯„ Then mix in salt, pepper, arugula, sauerkraut, eggs and pickle. keto Flex & Hemp Seed Flatbread Recipe (Lectin-Free, Gluten-Free & Perfect for Toasts) I developed this recipe because I miss having different kinds of toasts. 😊 Gut & brain healthy • Nutritional powerhouse • Omega-3 rich - All ingredients are @drstevengundry – approved - from books Plant Paradox - gut check πŸ’š Gut-loving, brain-boosting, omega-3 rich, high in fiber protein and healthy fats — this flatbread is a nutritional powerhouse. Perfect for avocado toast, butter, goat cheese, or alongside soups and salads. ⸻ 🧾 Ingredients: • 1½ cups organic flaxseed meal • ¾ cup hemp hearts (seeds) • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp iodized sea salt • 1½ tsp black pepper • 1½ tbsp psyllium husk • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1½ cups hot (just-boiled) water ⸻ πŸ”ͺ Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix super well. 2. Line a baking sheet (15 x 11 inch) with parchment paper. 3. Pour mixture onto the sheet and flatten with a wet spatula into an even, thin layer. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 400 for about 30 - 35 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden. 5.
