Dinner - Lectin Gluten Free - Wild Fish in Tomato Sauce - Serve with: cooked sorghum, millet, or Jovial cassava pasta. π Ingredients • 1 red onion, peeled and chopped • 1 red bell pepper, peeled and de-seeded • 1 glass of tomato sauce • 1/3 cup filtered water • 1 or 2 slice of baked wild salmon or 1 can of wild-caught salmon?from bpa free can • 3/4 cup chopped organic parsley • 2 ½ tsp iodized sea salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil π©π³ Directions 1. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, add the chopped red onion, de-seeded red bell pepper, tomato sauce, and filtered water. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for about 10 - 12 minutes 2. Add the fish and seasoning: Add in the baked or canned wild salmon, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix gently 3.
