3-Minute Raspberry Jam with Basil Seeds | High-Fiber, Lectin-Free Recipe Quick Easy

♥️RASPBERRY & BASIL SEED DELIGHT It is like a fresh jam. 3 ingredients • No cooking • 3 minutes of hands-on prep Hi friends! This simple raspberry delight is my delicious way to add more fiber and plant polyphenols to meals. Sweet, tangy, and so easy—I can’t get enough! Please consume in moderation:) it is super yummy ✨ Why this combo? Raspberries provide fiber and polyphenols—the natural plant compounds behind their beautiful red color. Basil seeds add fiber and form a gel when soaked, giving this combination a lovely jam-like texture. Frozen berries make it easy to enjoy year-round! - harvested in season - I love Trader Joe’s brand. Organic basil seeds are packed with minerals and vitamins - it has insoluble and soluble fiber! I purchase from @zenbasil ( Amazon ) YOU’LL NEED: • 1 cup organic frozen raspberries, • 1 tablespoon organic basil seeds ( I use Zen Basil ) • 1½ tablespoons non-GMO allulose, or to taste • ⅓ cup water for soaking HOW TO MAKE: Take the raspberries out of the freezer 10–15 minutes before preparing, until soft enough. Meanwhile, stir the basil seeds into ⅓ cup water. Let them soak until fully gel-like, it take 1-2 min Then mix in the soaked seeds ruspberries and Allulose. That’s it! Keep refrigerated in a covered container. Enjoy with plain goat’s, sheep’s milk yogurts or coconut yogurt, stir into kefir, spoon over waffles or pancakes, or pair with creamy goat chèvre. 😍 Save this recipe for your next breakfast upgrade—and tell me what you’d put it on! 💕 #HealthyRecipes #FiberRich #GutHealth
