Recipes that are ready in minutes and realistically easy to actually make and eat, with few ingredients only. I personally do intermittent fasting, this will be my weekend treat. Here is my recipe and and EASY steps for you 💕 ❇️INGREDIENTS: Serving for 1 🔹1 Almond flour tortilla - siete tortillas @sietefoods sold @costco @wholefoods or use Trader Joe's almond flour tortillas. 🔹1 1/2 TBL spoon of Almond or pistachio butter (blanched almond butter) 🔹2 tea spoons of non gmo allulose - natural sweetener- available on Amazon only link bellow 🔹Organic frozen raspberries - or fresh - if frozen crush it a little - I love Trader Joe's organic frozen raspberries. I always keep it in freezer, tastes so fresh and delicious. 🔹Organic cacao powder - I love nutivas brand - see packaging in the video - cacao powder should be non alkalized 🔹1/2 tea spoon of coconut oil to cook it - you need to spread coconut oil evenly on the pan. Cook on low heat for about 3 min each side ❤️EASY STEP 1: Spread almond butter thinly on the tortilla, sprinkle with 1 tea spoon of allulose, 2 TBL spoons of raspberries, cacao powder and allulose again and fold into half STEP 2: Heat up pan for 2 min and add 1/2 tea spoon of coconut oil, spread evenly and cook it for about 3 min each side You can serve it with cocojune coconut yogurt and more raspberries on the side SOOO YUMMY 😋 also works as a dessert if you desire something sweet.
