Breakfast Lunch or Dinner - FIBER PROTEIN Polyphenol RICH - Super EASY AND QUICK - Sooo Delicious 😋 One of my favorite creations because of simplicity and deliciousness. ❇️Highly recommend to bake sweet potato’s on Sunday and keep in fridge - then when you would like to make this dish re heat it - this way you will make this dish in minutes during the week. ✅Also @drstevengundry DR Gundry teaches to cook then cool it off and then reheat sweet potatoes - it gets more nutrient rich - because of resistant starches in sweet potato they act like soluble fiber they take prebiotic properties and feed good gut bacteria which is so important for healthy gut. Sweet potatoes also called super food they are very rich in vitamin A, C and B, ❇️If diabetic - please consume Sweet potato’s only once a week ❇️If not diabetic once or twice ❤️Ingredients Recipe and Easy Steps 🔶1 sweet potato 🔶1-2 pasture raised eggs 🔶Sheep or goat milk feta cheese ❇️Seasoning: 🔶1/2 tsp of iodized sea salt 🔶2-3 TBL spoons of olive oil 🌸Easy Step 1 : Bake 1 sweet potato - for 50 min at 375 🌸Easy Step 2: Once sweet potato is baked, on low heat using 3 TBL spoons of olive oil cook scrambled eggs of 1 or 2 pasteurized eggs. 🌸Easy step 3: Cut sweet potato into half - Season with salt and olive oil - cover with scrambled eggs and top with 2-3 tbls spoons of sheep’s or goat milk feta cheese.
