How to make Green Banana Pancakes Lectin Free Recipe Breakfast, Gluten Free, Sugar Free Paleo Served with goat milk yogurt or coconut yogurt and organic frozen or fresh berries. Note - these pancakes are fantastic on second day as well - store then in fridge Recipe Ingredients and Easy Steps: serving - 33 pancakes 2 large green bananas - or 3 small ones 4 pasture raised eggs 1 tea spoon of cinnamon 3 tbl spoons of non gmo allulose - (link bellow) 1/2 tsp of iodizes salt 1/2 cups of blanched almond flour For Serving: 4 tbl Spoons of goat or coconut yogurt 4 tbl spoons of frozen organic blueberries and raspberries from trader joe's - or fresh organic in season berries Liquid non gmo allulose to drizzle on top (link Bellow) EASY STEP ONE: Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. STEP 2. In a ceramic coated pan add 1 tbl spoon of olive oil and spread it with bounty and heat up the pan, then add 1 1/2 tbl spoon of green banana mixture. IMPORTANT: Cook them on very low heat about 2 min each side.
