Cauliflower in Pistachio Chickpea Sauce PRESSURE COOKED GARBANZO Lectin Free Recipe, Lunch or Dinner

Cauliflower in Pistachio Chickpea Sauce - PRESSURE COOKED CHICKPEA GARBANZO ONLY - Eden or jovial Brands - pressure cooking detoxifies anti nutrients lectins - Delicious Meal Rich in Fiber Protein and Polyphenols, vegan plant based meal Very flavorful meal This makes amazing dish when you have guests over Super Easy. Baking cauliflower takes 30 min Sauce - 6 min 🌸Recipe and easy steps. For cauliflower: 🔸1 small head of organic cauliflower 🔸1/2 tsp of salt, 🔸1/2 tsp of black pepper 🔸1 tsp of curry - optional 🔸4 TBL spoons of olive oil For Pistachio Chickpea Sauce - ( this sauce is amazing as dipping sauce as well ) Combine all ingredients into a blender 🔸1 can of EDEN or Jovial Pressure cooked Cheapeas 🔸1/2 of red bell pepper- peeled and de seeded 🔸2 tablespoons of organic sesame tahini 🔸4 tablespoons spoons of pistachios 🔸4 TBL spoons of olive oil 🔸1/4 cup of filtered water 🔸Juice of 1 lemon 🔸1/2 tsp of iodized sea salt 🔸1-2 dashes of cayenne- optional 🌸When serving: Sprinkle over chopped peeled and de seeded 1/2 red bell pepper and organic basil or any herb of your choice 🌸Easy step 1 Chop cauliflower, place into a big bowl season and mix well. Line parchment paper on baking sheet and spread the cauliflower- bake @ 350 for 30 min 🌸Step 2 While cauliflower is baking start making chickpea sauce.
