Keto friendly Low Carb Flax & Walnut Sandwich Flatbread Bread (Gluten-Free, Lectin-Free) High in protein, omega-3s, and fiber, this bread supports a healthy gut, brain, and hormones! Soft inside, crispy outside — perfect for sandwiches, avocado toast, or healthy wraps. ✨ Why it’s good for you: Flax = omega-3s + plant protein Walnuts = brain fuel Psyllium = fiber for digestion & detox No grains. No gluten. No lectins. No dairy. Just pure nourishment 💚 ⸻ Friends I am super excited to share my new recipe with you all - enjoy 😋♥️ 🥣 Recipe: • 1½ cups organic flax meal • ½ cup blended walnuts • 2 tbsp psyllium husk • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp iodized sea salt + 1 teaspoon of black pepper • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1½ cups boiling water Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). ( everyone stole is different so please check in 20 min ) 2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients 3️⃣ Add vinegar, olive oil & boiling water. Stir well with spatula. 4️⃣ Spread on parchment paper, shape & flatten. 5️⃣ Bake 30 min, cool, and slice.
