Dinner - Hot Lectin Gluten Free Meal. Millet Like Rice but better. Fantastic Combo topped with Sheep’s milk Feta Cheese. This meal is truly satisfying delicious and sooo good for you! For vegans just skip the cheese part. So happy to share my new creation with you friends ๐ RECIPE INGREDIENTS AND EASY STEPS: This serving is for 5-6 individuals ✅1 cup of millet - cooked ❇️( IMPORTANT- the best way to cook millet to have the texture as in my video is - put millet in water and set alarm for 15 minutes on med heat - after 15 min rinse in cold water and drain - to wash away starch and it gets loose - I use bob red mill brand) ✅1 red onion ✅1 carrot ✅2 cups of chopped organic cauliflower ✅1/2 cup of organic dill ✅1 Cup of baked mushrooms - optional ( I bake mushroom 350 for 30 min ) ✅sheep’s milk feta cheese 3 - 4 TBL spoon per serving - (I buy it at Trader Joe’s, or you can use goat feta ) SEASONING: ✅3 tbl spoon of olive to sautรฉ ✅1 tea spoon of iodized seas salt or little more to taste ✅1 tea spoon of black pepper ✅1 tea spoon of organic red chili powder - optional ❇️EASY STEP 1 Pour 3/4 cup of millet into a pan and about 5-6 cups of water and let it to cook for 15 min , EASY STEP 2 Pour 3 TBL spoons of olive oil into a different pan, add 1 chopped red onion, one carrot and sautรฉ for 7 min on med to low heat. EASY STEP3 Add chopped cauliflower and 1/4 cup and tine bit more of filtered water and sautรฉ for another 5 min, then add cooked millet, baked mushrooms, dill, salt, pepper, organic chili powder and mix very well. Serve with feta cheese. You can also make it with goat milk yogurt - "red wood hill brand is really good" sold at Whole Foods ♥️Here is my quick recipe idea and ingredients : ❇️ I use Trader Joe's frozen organic raspberries and it is the BEST. This way I always have them in my freezer. If you will use the same, please take it out from freezer like 5-10 before making this parfait. Artichoke Salad Recipe (Lectin Free Salad Recipe) Gut Healthy Hearts of Artichokes Prebiotic Rich
Easy lectin free recipe. Baked Hearts of artichokes from Trader Joe's Gut Healthy Prebiotic Rich Artichoke Salad recipe - baked artichokes like breaded Delicious! 3 INGREDIENTS + Seasoning, super easy lectin gluten free salad recipe. ❤️If you love hearts of artichokes and know how good it is for your gut health then you will fall in love with this super easy recipe! ✅INGREDIENTS - RECIPE - EASY STEPS for you my friends ๐ Preheat oven @ 425 This serving is for 1 individual ๐ 1 cup of hearts of artichokes - cut into half's ( I buy it @ Trader Joe's - Frozen Section ) ๐ 2 cups of shredded Romain hearts - also available at Trader Joe's ๐ Italian parmesan cheese, grate it- or sheep's or goat milk parmesan or pecorino Romano cheese - (I get all my cheeses also at Trader Joe's ) ๐งSEASONING: ๐ 4 TBL spoons of olive oil ๐ 3 TBL spoons of almond flour ๐ 1 tea spoon of garlic powder ๐ 1 tea spoon of Iodized sea salt ๐ 1 TBL spoon of balsamic vinegar. ๐ทEASY STEP 1: ๐ทCut artichokes into half, season with 3 tbl spoons of almond flour, 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 1 tea spoon of garlic powder and 2 TBL spoons of olive oil, mix well and transfer into baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 20 min @ 425 Artichokes should be golden color. EASY STEP 2: ๐ทWhile artichokes are baking prepare romaine hearts - season with 1/2 tea spoon of iodized sea salt, 1 TBL spoons of balsamic vinegar and 2 TBL spoons olive oil and mix well. ๐ทEASY STEP 3: Add baked artichoke's into shredded and seasoned romaine hearts and top it with 2-3 TBL spoons of grated parmesan cheese.
