How to make hemp bread at home, Home made lectin free bread, gluten free This lectin free bread is fantastic to dip into olive oil, with butter, cheese, soups and sandwiches NEW Recipe!! ❇️Hemp Bread - Protein Rich ✅DELICIOUS❣️ ✅ I combined together ingredients that are GUT HEALTHY ✅Ingredients such as Almonds, Psyllium husk, hemp protein powder , basil seeds are mentioned in Dr Gundry’s new book #gutcheck on page 192, 193 in “Gut check food list - YES PLEASE POSTBIOTIC - Boosting Foods” 🍞This bread is actually good for you ♥️ ✅It’s a nutrient-rich powerhouse. ▶Recipe - Ingredients and Easy Steps. INGREDIENTS: ▶3 pasture raised eggs ▶1/3 cup of water ▶2 tbl spoons of olive oil ▶1 tbl spoons of apple cider vinegar ▶1 tsp of iodized sea salt ▶1 tea spoon of baking soda ▶3 tea spoons of organic basil seeds ▶5 tbl spoons of hemp powder ▶2 full tbl spoons on psyllium husk ▶5 tbl spoons of tapioca flour ▶1 cup of blanched almond flour ▶EASY STEP 1: Whisk eggs well, then add water and whisk again, after add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, baking soda and whisk again, then add basil seeds, hemp powder, whisk and while whisking add tapioca flour and psyllium husk - then add almond flour, and using spatula mix everything very well. ▶EASY STEP 2: Line parchment paper in the loaf pan - transfer the dough - with the wet spatula make it all even ▶STEP 3: Bake at 350 for 35-38 min - let it cool for 10 min and then remove from loaf pan. Store bread in room temperature covered in container with lid for 1-2 days and then keep in fridge for longer. You can also freeze this bread. You will wow your guests with this recipe - 10 minute recipe When I came up with this idea I made it like 3 times in a raw … it is just sooo yummy - my son loves it. No baking - Very simple to make aπŸ˜‹♥️ like chocolate ice cream bites ✅Hemp is the one of the best sources of protein. ✅85% Dark chocolate is fantastic source of Polyphenols. ✅Non gmo allulose lowers sugar levels and feeds good gut buddies ✅This dessert - snack is truly good for you! Please consume in moderation. ♥️🀎Recipe Ingredients and easy steps : ( links for all ingredients I used- is in my BIO ) πŸ”Έ3/4 cup of 85% of dark chocolate ( I use pasha brand ) πŸ”Έ1/3 cup + 3 TBL spoons of filtered water πŸ”Έ3 TBL spoons of hemp protein (I use nativas brand) πŸ”Έ1/4 test of iodized sea salt πŸ”Έ5 TBL spoons of blanched almond butter ( Barney bare no sugar added - link in Bo ) πŸ”Έ2 TBL spoons of non gmo allulose ( link in bio) πŸ”Έ2-3 handful of pistachios or chopped walnuts πŸ”ΈOptional for topping- 3 handful of shredded coconut ❇️Easy steps: ❇️EASY STEP 1: Combine 3/4 cup of 85% dark chocolate chips and 1/3 cup +3 TBL spoons of water and put it on stove - low heat stirring non stop with spatula- until it is well combined- do not boil. ❇️EASY STEP 2: Remove pan from stove and add hemp powder, allulose, salt, almond butter and pistachios, mix well ❇️EASY STEP 3: On the 9 inch baking sheet line parchment paper, and pour the mixture, spread evenly with spatula and top it with shredded coconut, Freeze for 1-2 hours and cut into any shape you desire. Keep on parchment paper in freezer in air tight container.
