►How to make gluten free lectin free gut healthy buns at home - Hemp and Flex Buns Gluten Lectin Free Recipe Delicious gluten lectin free buns, fantastic with butter soups, sandwiches, organic berry jam made with allulose sweetener or with anything you like. Here is a link for all ingredients i use - https://linktr.ee/lectinfreemeals You can also give it a shape of bagel and bake it as a bagels It is really easy to make , but needs some gut healthy ingredients, just get the ingredients once and you will be able to make these buns many many times. I keep the ingredients in fridge Since i developed this recipe i bake it once a week as a weekend treat Recipe Ingredients and Easy steps of gluten lectin free buns: you will have 12-13 buns. ►3 pasture raised eggs ►1/3 glass of filtered water ( less then 1/2 glass ) ►1 tbl spoon of apple cider vinegar ►2 tbl spoons of olive oil ►1 tea spoon of iodizes sea salt ►1 tea spoon of baking soda ►5 tbl spoons of tapioca flour ►4 tbl spoons of organic hemp powder ►5 tbl spoons of flax seed ►2 tbl spoons of zen basil seeds - (optional, great source of fiber and minerals) ►2 tbl spoons of organic psylium husk - (this ingredient is a must) ►1 1/4 cup of blanched almond flour Everything bagel seasoning for sprinkling - optional Easy steps: Whisk 3 eggs add 1/3 glass of water and whisk very well till fluffy, the add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, iodized sea salt, baking soda and whisk again very well, then add tapioca , hemp powder, flax, zen basil and whisk very well, then add 2 tbl spoons of psyllium husk, whisk again, and final step add almond flour and mix everything with spatula. East Step 2: Fill water into little glass deep table spoon in water and using wet spoon take out about 2 tbl spoons of dough. Make a ball using wet hands and slightly flatten and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
