Fall Glory - Carrot and Apple Pastry. Gluten Lectin Sugar Free. Fall Desert or Breakfast You can serve it as pastry or with goat or unsweetened coconut yogurt for breakfast or as dessert Sooo Delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐ŸŒธIngredients and easy Steps Step 1 preheat oven at 350 In one big bowl combine these ingredients below: ๐Ÿ”ธ2 Eggs pasture raised ๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 cup of non gmo allulose+ 3 TBL spoons Whisk well and add ๐Ÿ”ธ1 TBL spoon not full of baking soda ๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon of baking powder ๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon of pure vanilla extract ๐Ÿ”ธ1 tea spoon of ginger powder ๐Ÿ”ธ1/3 tea spoon of salt ๐Ÿ”ธ3 teaspoons of cinnamon ๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 tea spoon of nutmeg - optional ๐Ÿ”ธ4 table spoons of melted coconut oil ๐Ÿ”ธ1 table spoon of local honey - optional Whisk again and add ๐Ÿ”ธ2 medium size grated carrots ๐Ÿ”ธ1 in season apple grated or cut thinly - apple is optional ๐Ÿ”ธ2 cups of almond flour Mix with the spoon and add ๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 cup of walnut chopped ๐Ÿ”ธ1/2 cup of coconut flakes - optional If you can find unsweetened cranberries- add 1/2 cup ✅Line parchment paper on baking sheet and transfer dough - flatten nicely with wet spatula.
